I stayed at a lovely B&B in a perfect location on the main street of a charming town. Our host Paula gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our compact, but functional room. The room was perfectly clean and had a comfortable bed. Although the private bathroom was across the landing, it wasn't a problem as we were aware of this beforehand. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection with high-quality ingredients. The town itself was friendly and inviting, with locals always ready to chat and make us feel welcomed. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this B&B to others.

Noisy room, road traffic disturbing sleep.

From the moment I arrived, Tracey made me feel incredibly welcome and provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was amazing, and I loved how tidy everything was. The location of the B&B was perfect, with the aquarium just around the corner and the main town area of Portaferry within walking distance. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, prepared with high-quality ingredients. I highly recommend staying at this traditional B&B, it's a little treasure by the sea.

While my room was compact, it was still very functional and I didn't have any complaints. Additionally, some may find the beds a bit firm, but personally, I found them perfectly comfortable.

Arrived in Portaferry on a cold Christmas day and were instantly greeted with warm smiles. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the charming town. And the big lounge downstairs provided a cozy place to relax and unwind.

We had to park across the road in the Square car park, which fortunately felt safe, but it was a minor inconvenience. the breakfast options lacked variety, with only one cooked option available and limited continental choices.

We also enjoyed the big lounge downstairs where we could relax. The bright and clean rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although there were a few minor issues with cleanliness, the overall experience was excellent. The nearby Square car park provided safe parking options.

The proximity to the sailing club restaurant provides a wonderful dining option, and the square just 100 yards down the street offers a vibrant atmosphere. The hotel is also conveniently located near the ferry terminal, allowing easy access to Strangford. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the service provided by Tracy, the owner, is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, and the views from the windows are breathtaking. The facilities provided, such as the option to request downstairs rooms, add to the overall convenience and comfort of the hotel.

It would be an added advantage if the hotel had its own evening meal option.
