The value for money was excellent, exactly what we paid for and expected. The room was comfortable, with a large suite for our group, and the beds were clean and comfy. The location in the center was practical, and the staff and locals were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Breakfast offerings could be improved.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with fresh bedding and linen for the shower. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfy bed, TV with many free channels, and a kettle with free tea and coffee in the room. The staff were really nice, welcoming, and friendly. The location was excellent, close to the city centre, not far from the train station, and convenient for finding food options.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a selection of TV channels. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the pub above the friendly and clean Fifteens. the staff were extremely nice and the room was spotless. Despite being located above a pub, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the staff even went above and beyond by donating delicious Christmas treats to the staff at a nearby hospital, showcasing their kind-hearted nature. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

For the price we paid, our stay at Fifteens Of Swinley was excellent value. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The lad behind the bar was absolutely brilliant, always helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was in a great location, very close to the town centre, with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. We were able to walk to the rugby match at the stadium, and it only took us 30 minutes to walk back. the hotel offered good value for money.

Had a fantastic stay at Fifteens Of Swinley with the lads. Paul, the manager, was super accommodating, offering us free drinks when the hot water wasn't working. Loved the vintage design and cozy atmosphere. Great location in the center. Staff friendly and helpful. Accessible toilets for disabled guests. Looking forward to returning in July. Thanks to Karen, Chris, Aleisha, Mike, and Lisa for making us feel like part of the family.
