The location of the hotel was simply stunning, with breathtaking views from the rooms. It provided a peaceful and tranquil setting, perfect for a city break. the hosts were exceptional, offering a warm welcome with tea, cake, and homemade cookies upon arrival. the homemade cake and cookies were absolutely delicious and added a personal touch to the stay.

There was really nothing to dislike about this hotel. It was difficult to find any faults, but if we had to nitpick, the dividing wall in the bedroom upstairs seemed a bit thin.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and modern bathrooms. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a cozy guest lounge with a log burner. The homemade cake and tea that greeted me upon arrival were a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to local attractions and offering stunning views. The breakfast was exceptional, with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Fig Tree bed & breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by the hosts. the room on the ground floor was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our one night stay. the breakfast exceeded our expectations with generous portions and delicious ingredients. We were particularly impressed with the personal touch and the attention to detail from Jerry and Sal, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Fig Tree Bed & Breakfast to anyone visiting the area.

I had an amazing stay at this B&B. The location was perfect, nestled in large, tranquil grounds and offering stunning views. It was conveniently located to explore various stretches of the south west coastal path and beautiful beaches, as well as being close to larger towns like Falmouth and Truro. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast was simply delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem of a bed & breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jerry and Sal. the room was immaculate with a lovely en suite shower room and beautiful country views. We felt like friends rather than guests, thanks to the lovely family atmosphere created by our hosts. the attention to detail was impressive, from the homemade shortbread and tea in the orangery to the candlelit ambiance in every corner. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, including vegetarian options. We can't wait to return to this fabulous spot and relax once again in this wonderful home away from home.

I had the most amazing escape in a beautiful countryside area. the rooms were sparkling clean and modern, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. the breakfasts were cooked to perfection and provided a range of options to cater to all tastes. the hosts were friendly and approachable in sharing their knowledge and suggestions on the best places to visit nearby.

I couldn't find anything wrong with this hidden gem - it was an ideal escape with the perfect combination of comfort and beauty. the only downside was having to leave and return to reality.

During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of experiencing the charm and beauty of Fig Tree House. Tucked away in the countryside, the bed and breakfast offered breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere that truly made us feel like we had escaped the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The attention to detail in the design and decor of the room was impeccable. From the comfortable bed, to the modern and spacious bathroom, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure our comfort. We were welcomed with a tray of delicious coffee, tea, and a homemade cake each day. The breakfast spread was outstanding, offering a variety of options including vegetarian choices. Beyond the accommodations, the hosts, Sally and Jerry, were exceptional. Their warm hospitality and genuine care for their guests made us feel right at home. They were more than happy to provide recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. Despite being a bit further out from Penryn, the beauty and tranquility of Fig Tree House more than made up for it. We truly didn't want to leave. I highly recommend this delightful bed and breakfast for a memorable stay in Southern Cornwall.
