The location near the zoo was great. The beds were comfortable and the privacy curtain made it extra cosy. The shower and toilet facilities were clean. The staff were friendly. There were board games, a chess board, and refreshments available in the lobby.

The beds were comfortable with curtains for privacy, and the bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water. The reception area was cozy and the staff, especially Anna, Jessica, and Catalina, were friendly and helpful. The location was great, with easy access to transport and nearby restaurants. a wonderful stay.

The stairs in the hostel were steep and narrow, making it difficult to carry luggage. The dorm rooms had three levels of beds, which meant climbing up steep stairs with your belongings.
