Excellent location, close to Almasjed Alnabawyee, easy access, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, great hospitality by staff. Highly recommended.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were cooperative, friendly, and responsive. Mr. Al-Harbi even upgraded our room to a suite for free. The housekeeping staff was humble and did a great job. The hotel is known for being customer-friendly and has a flexible approach to accommodating guests. We have visited this hotel multiple times and have always received excellent service.

The location was unbeatable, being very near to the Holy Mosque and just a short walk away from gate number 22. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were excellent, from the bellmen to the front desk and housekeeping. They truly made us feel comfortable and ensured that our stay was enjoyable.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff at Al Ritz Al Madinah were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early and upgrading us to a suite. the location was perfect, with the hotel being within walking distance to the Prophet's masjid and surrounded by shops and restaurants. the food offered was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the women's gates of the haram. The staff treated me with utmost respect and hospitality throughout my stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big, cozy bed that provided a good night's sleep. The hotel was conveniently located close to the holy mosque, making it easy to access during prayer times. the staff were friendly and the food served was delicious.

Parking was a major issue, especially during busy times like Eid. It was nearly impossible to find a parking spot.

Situated just a stone's throw away from the Holy mosque, this hotel makes it very practical for those who want to stay reasonably close to the Prophet’s Mosque. The free Wi-Fi and friendly, helpful staff were some of the remarkable features, and the convenience of room services was much appreciated. Besides that, the elevators inside the hotel made it easy to move around.

The hotel facilities were somewhat disappointing, as the rooms seemed poorly maintained.

Loved the international cuisine at Al Sukariya and Al Andalusia, and the 24-hour front desk was handy for my laundry emergencies. The complimentary newspapers made great fire kindling.

Who needs phones or a safe? Surely, the hotel management thinks we all live in the Stone Age.

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were very hospitable and made sure that my every need was met during my visit. The location was fantastic, as it was in a great area with plenty of shopping and dining options. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in my room, which made it easy to stay connected with my friends and family. The room was soundproofed, so I was able to get a good night's rest without any disturbances. this place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning in the future.
