i had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. the breakfast was a chaotic mess with no cutlery, and the room was so hot, i had to open the window to deal with the unbearable heat. i also expected a complimentary bottle of wine for my troubles, but i guess they reserve that for special guests only, huh?

the breakfast got kinda chaotic at times and they ran out of cups. also, the bed sheets were a bit small, which was annoying.

The cleaning was subpar, with dirty floors and linens changed only once during our four-day stay!!! Missing basic items like a kettle and hairdryer was quite inconvenient!!! Garbage cans without bags are a no-go!!!
