We had a fabulous stay at The Francis Hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city and having car parking at the hotel was a great convenience. The reception staff were very helpful and we loved the atmosphere in the bar area. The overall ambience and decor of the hotel were beautiful, creating a comfortable and stylish environment. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, making our stay enjoyable.

Although the bathroom in our room was a bit small and became steamy, it didn't detract significantly from our overall experience. The curtains in the bedroom could have used a little attention, but it was a minor issue.

This hotel was the perfect place to spend Christmas with my family. The location was unbeatable, with everything we wanted to see and do just a short walk away. The Christmas market nearby was an added bonus, and we felt like we were really in the holiday spirit. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even offered us complimentary festive treats and drinks during our stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and plenty of space to relax.

The only issue we encountered was that the room was quite warm and stuffy, despite our efforts to adjust the temperature. We had to open the windows to cool it down, and even then it was still a bit too warm for our liking.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable - situated near the city center, right across from a beautiful park, and within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. My partner and I stayed at the beautiful Francis Hotel for a weekend getaway. The room was lovely and the bed was possibly the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The pillows were excellent too. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel had a lovely relaxed atmosphere and the location was perfect for exploring the city and visiting the theatre. a great experience!
