We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the breakfast which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The location was perfect, close to many attractions such as the Christmas markets. Despite the initially run-down appearance of the surrounding area, the hotel itself was a hidden gem in this city.

Nothing to fault.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bath/shower has powerful and fast water pressure. It is conveniently located near shops and restaurants.

Limited options for in-room dining, especially late at night. The fact that the king bed is made up of two single beds pushed together is not ideal, as there is a noticeable gap in the middle.

Stayed for my wife’s birthday, staff went above and beyond expectations. Super polite, helpful with setting up the room when I brought in some balloons to be set up in the room for our arrival and helpful with extra touches such as Prosecco and chocolate strawberries, nothing was too much trouble. The waiting staff, a young lad who worked in the river restaurant, were full of character, super friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been refurbished, and this has not only improved the environment but also the service. Wonderful relaxing stay, staff couldn’t do enough.

There were some issues with the check-in process, which could have been smoother.

Large, comfortable river view room. Excellent staff, especially at reception. Helpful and accommodating, allowing early check-in and assisting with requests. Delicious cocktails in bar and exceptional buffet breakfast. Great location with good facilities and soundproofing.

I recently stayed at this hotel while in town for a match. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating, even offering early check-in after our overnight flight. The room was modern and spacious, with a huge and incredibly comfortable bed. The soundproofing was excellent, making for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring Spinningfields and Deansgate. a fantastic stay!

The staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. Breakfast is usually satisfactory, although there have been a few instances of delays.

The TV in the rooms could be larger and wall-mounted for better viewing.

The views from the room were stunning! We had a beautiful view of the canal and it added a romantic touch to our escape. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the best aspects was the food at the hotel restaurant. The quality and taste of the dishes were exceptional, especially the fish pie and halibut. It definitely added to the overall experience.

The cooked breakfast was quite basic and not worth the extra price. Additionally, the room service late-night menu was very limited, leaving us with few options for a late-night snack.

I had a wonderful stay at The Lowry. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. I really appreciated the prompt service from the reception to checkout. The rooms were larger than expected and very clean. The parking was excellent, although a bit pricey. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and the Manchester Arena. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel.
