We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The location within walking distance of Kensington's parks and museums was a huge plus, making it convenient for us to explore. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were polite, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the front desk manager even took the time to explain how to properly use our adapters and converters. the hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to nearby tube stations, grocery stores, and restaurants. It was very convenient for exploring the city.

We were initially concerned about the water temperature in the shower, based on a review we read. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the water stayed consistently warm throughout our whole stay.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to Gloucester St underground station and explore the city center. The staff here were amazing! From the front desk people to the bellmen to the maids, everyone had a smiling face and provided excellent service. We really appreciated the flat-screen TV and self-service laundry facilities in the room, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable stay and would recommend this place to anyone!

Over Easter, my family and I had a great time at a hotel in the heart of the city. We loved the complimentary coffee in the lobby, which was perfect for kickstarting our mornings before heading out to explore the nearby shops and attractions. the location couldn't be better, as we were just steps away from the subway station and some fantastic restaurants.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. the elevator was quite slow, which led to some frustration when we were in a hurry.
