Great gym facilities for a workout after exploring.

I was disappointed with the service at check-in. It felt disorganized and I had to wait longer than expected. Additionally, while the room was spacious, I encountered issues with the hot water that marred my experience. It was particularly frustrating not to have hot water available during my stay, and the staff seemed overwhelmed in handling the situation which added to my dissatisfaction.

This place suits me perfectly with its great amenities like free wi-fi, fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with sim cards, and their friendliness makes every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend it!

Room was spot on, clean as a whistle with a comfy bed and decent kitchenette. Staff were top-notch, always smiling and helpful. Just a heads-up, the air con had a bit of a hiccup, but they sorted it quick enough. A solid choice in London, will def be back!

Location's a winner, right near the tube and posh museums! But that noisy plumbing? Gave me right the jitters! Should've been sorted, yeah. Still, the staff were decent, did their best! All in all, not too shabby.

The drainage system was slow and the hot water ran out quickly!!! A better-equipped kitchen would be appreciated, and the check-in process is rather inconvenient!!! No one wants to schedule shower times during their stay!!!

Exceeded expectations

The one-bedroom executive apartment had ample space, excellent lighting, and a fully equipped kitchen that made the stay comfortable. The location was prime, just a short walk to the tube, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. However, service at the front desk could improve, as interactions felt less welcoming than expected, which was disappointing for the cost. Breakfast options were satisfactory, but it would have been nice to see more diversity in the offerings, especially the homemade cakes that others enjoyed.

this place is in a sweet location, super close to the tube and awesome museums! ! the staff was all really chill and helpful, always with a smile. the room was nice n spacious, clean, and had a cozy vibe. breakfast was solid, with good options to start the day! the kitchenette was handy for us to whip up some snacks and stuff.

but the shower had low water pressure and took ages to rinse off. also, the check-in process was kinda chaotic during busy times.
