I had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, just across the road from the bustling shopping mall and with all amenities within easy reach. Being right in the centre of everything made exploring the city a breeze.

In terms of improvement, I believe the staff could benefit from a little more customer service training. All in all, this place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel experience for their family.

We absolutely loved staying here! This place boasts a fabulous location, as it is within easy walking distance of the city centre and situated on the edge of the town centre, opposite the main shopping area and with a shopping area just a few meters away. The staff here were so friendly and gave excellent service, especially the receptionist who was helpful and polite. The amenities were fantastic too, with comfortable air conditioning in the rooms and in-room safes as well as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, not to mention the excellent room service.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone.

As longer term business travelers, we were pleased with the warm welcome and friendly desk staff at all times. The spacious and clean rooms were a plus, with plenty of tea and milk supplies available. The air conditioning option was greatly appreciated during the summer heat. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent soundproofing, as we couldn't hear a sound from the adjoining rooms. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance to main shopping facilities and a short walk to the harbourside.

It was just located at the heart of Bristol, right beside the Cabot Circus shopping center. We loved being able to shop and dine only a few steps away from the hotel. The staff here were amazing, especially the receptionist who was so helpful and polite. They definitely went above and beyond to provide first-class service. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We stayed in a room near a big shopping centre with convenient parking nearby. It was great having the Cabot Circus shopping centre right opposite with loads of shops and restaurants to choose from. The beds were large and comfy and the staff were very friendly.

The bathroom quality was lacking and there were some issues with the shower head.

We stayed for Easter, and we were impressed with the nice complimentary chocolates and colored eggs the hotel provided. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city and close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful view of the river from our room.

Our experience was ruined by the noise and the uncomfortable bed. We could hear everything from the street outside, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of nearby food options and parking facilities. Despite a minor issue with the TV, the room was comfortable and quiet, making for a restful stay. While breakfast could have been better organised, it was still filling and satisfying. I would recommend Future Inn.
