Stayed at George & Pilgrims for a weekend getaway. Loved the medieval decor and original features in the four poster room. The staff were welcoming and accommodated my request to chill medical drinks. Room was clean, with hot water and heaters/fans for comfort. The bar had a great atmosphere, especially with the roaring log fire in winter.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of a charming town. The location couldn't be more perfect, with everything you need right on your doorstep. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would expect, including a TV which was perfect for our teenager. The breakfast included in our stay was a great start to the day, with a good variety of options to choose from. We also loved the attention to detail in the hotel's beautiful surroundings. The four poster bed in our room added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the town center and close to the Abbey, bus stops, and restaurants. The laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff were enjoyable. The history of the building, dating back to the 14th century, adds to its charm. The modern fixtures in the rooms blend well with the historical features. The pub offers a great experience with excellent people-watching opportunities. it's a gem in downtown Glastonbury.

Treated myself to an Easter getaway and had a wonderful time! the staff were friendly and helpful, even lending me a mobile charger when I forgot mine. the twin room was lovely, especially the ensuite shower. And the breakfasts were massive and delicious, served by attentive staff.

There were a few downsides. the receptionist was rude and unhelpful, causing issues with my friend checking into the room.
