I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfy, and spotless, with a fancy four poster bed and even a complimentary bottle of wine. Plus, the location was top-notch, just a stone's throw away from all the famous spots York has to offer. The staff were super friendly and helpful too.

The morning meal could use a little improvement.

I had an exceptional stay at the Georgian House in York. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city's main attractions on foot. The friendly and efficient staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Although there were some noisy guests on my first night, the staff handled the situation effectively. The breakfast was tasty, although a menu would have been helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and accommodating staff.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, being very close to the town centre and the city wall. It was only 150 m away from the city gate closest to the historic York Minster. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was friendly and welcoming, particularly the first woman we spoke to who had short hair and glasses.
