Located in a charming area near the river, the spacious rooms were impressively clean with great amenities like a TV connected to ceiling speakers. The two-course lunch surpassed my French dining experiences. Sleep was peaceful on the comfortable bed. A parking permit was provided, making everything convenient.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I was impressed by the attention to detail.

Although my stay at Gilbey's was overall fantastic, there were a few minor drawbacks. The kitchen area was a bit grubby, with the coffee machine, toaster, and kettle needing a good clean.

We recently stayed at a B&B in a historic town. the location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions. We enjoyed waking up in a beautiful, clean room with lovely touches, including a comfortable big bed. the coffee maker and cafetiere in the room were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a good coffee before leaving for our day activities.

Our room was situated above the local taxi pick-up/drop-off point, which meant that loud, drunk people waiting for their ride kept us up until the early hours of the morning.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. the room was spacious, homely and clean with high-end toiletries. the bar and lounge area provided a perfect spot for relaxation with excellent service.

The breakfast tray provided lacked variety and couldn't meet our expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Eton. The room was excellent, with a comfortable bed, great pillows, and a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the decent coffee machine and the fact that the windows could be opened. The hotel's location was ideal, as I could easily walk to Windsor and Eton, explore the Thames Path, and even visit nearby villages in Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. The hotel's fine restaurant and other nearby eating spots made dining a delight. I especially loved the fresh pastries brought to my room each night, allowing me to enjoy a cozy and delicious breakfast in the morning as I planned my day's adventures.

Nothing to dislike.

Our stay at this hotel was simply idyllic. The suite we stayed in was beautifully laid out and had everything we needed. We loved the fact that we had everything we could possibly want outside of our room, making it the perfect romantic getaway. The location was also a huge plus, as it was right by a small bridge crossing the river and close to Windsor Castle. It was such a treat to have such stunning views and be able to explore the area easily. The staff were all lovely and the food and drink were spot on. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

The parking situation. We had to park in a public car park, which wasn't ideal.
