I had a marvelous experience during my stay. The breakfast delivered to my room was punctual and delicious. The spacious bathroom was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of my room, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. Pro tip, consider upgrading your room for more space!

The room was comfortable, with unique touches like

The staff were genuinely welcoming and went the extra mile, especially when they surprised us with a small gift for our special occasion. A couple of minor maintenance issues could be addressed, but overall, the experience was warm and inviting.

the shower was so cramped, I thought I was in a clown car, and the wifi was about as useful as a chocolate teapot. I expected a room upgrade for dealing with these issues but alas, no special treatment for me. almost left a good review but just couldn’t with these hiccups. not impressed, Voco.

Our stay was plagued with issues. The parking situation was an absolute nightmare. we had to navigate an unmarked parking lot while carrying our bags through a confusing maze of one-way streets. This is not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. It just felt like there weren’t enough staff to handle the guests, leading to a frustrating experience overall.

Had an awesome time with friends at this hotel. Great location made it easy to hit up the central train station and explore local shops. The beds were super comfy, and the staff helped us book an excellent restaurant nearby. Definitely a place to consider for your next trip.
