the staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. the beds were extremely comfortable, and I slept like a baby. the hotel had a lovely lobby with cucumber and lemon infused water, and it was well-decorated and inviting. the free breakfast was constantly being replaced with freshly made foods and was never cold. the room was spacious and had a kitchenette, making it very convenient. the hotel was clean, updated, and had free Wi-Fi and ample parking.

Best aspects of this hotel were the spacious and comfortable suites, perfect for a multiple day stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the Galleria Mall with easy access to Nordstrom and various other shops. Additionally, the hotel offered great self parking and was within a few minutes walk of popular stores like Dillards, Marshalls, TJMax, and Ross Dress for Less. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice perk.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions and entertainment. The buffet breakfasts had a variety of food that changed each day, and the social nights with grill nights and Greek chicken salad were a great way to meet other guests.

This place is amazing! I absolutely loved the location, right next to a big shopping mall and close to the night life. The area was very safe and high-end too. The service was outstanding with room service, housekeeping, and laundry all done perfectly. The rooms were equipped with a kitchen, a television, and comfortable bedding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff was always very helpful, even connecting me to a limo service to the airport!
