The twin room I stayed in was spacious and had all the little extras like a well-stocked mini fridge and a TV where I could cast my own shows, which was a neat surprise! I loved unwinding in the spa's sauna and taking a dip in the lovely indoor swimming pool. The only thing I noticed was a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t spoil the experience at all. 😊

My stay was marred by inadequate service. I had multiple issues with the front desk, including a problem with the safe that took two hours to resolve, only to end up being moved to a different room without any goodwill gesture from the staff. Additionally, my breakfast reservation was mysteriously lost, causing unnecessary stress before starting the day.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were incredibly helpful during my first stay, recommending places to explore. Don't miss the spa treatments! I'm coming back for a weekend.

Stylish Stay with Super Service

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel was clean and stylish, with really comfy beds. The staff were super welcoming and always ready to help, which made us feel right at home. We took advantage of the in-room breakfast, and it was a treat! Just wish the spa had more treatment options available. would’ve loved more choices.

I gave it a shot

We stayed for two nights and were surprisingly upgraded to a suite! Champagne, chocolates, and rose petals awaited us. The views from the balcony overlooking the docks were stunning. Dining at the Marco Pierre White restaurant was delightful, thanks to the friendly staff. Though we didn’t try the spa, our stay was filled with lovely moments!

i almost thought this hotel might be nice, until i saw the cold breakfast and the disgusting tub, which had hair floating in it. and don’t even get me started on the spa fiasco, arriving to find it closed when i expected it to be up and running! never again going back, so disappointing!

the location of leonardo royal southampton grand harbour is fantastic, just a short walk to the ferry port and cruise terminals. the room we got was clean and had a nice balcony overlooking the old town. i loved the free access to the spa and gym, it was a great way to unwind after a long day.

Had an awesome group getaway! Our rooms were clean and had great views. The park nearby was perfect for a day out, and we loved exploring the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good too, especially in the restaurant. I'd definitely recommend it for group trips or family getaways. Just check if your room is in great condition before settling in.

From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. One night, I forgetting my razor, and they delivered a shaving kit to my room faster than I could say 'No more lies. ' Extra points for that! The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, really comfy. Also, I loved that there was a great balcony to catch the sights of the dock. even if it ain't the prettiest view, it still felt nice to be out there.

However, the bathroom still felt outdated despite some renovations, with an old tub that was not entirely clean upon arrival. The room heating system had issues, making it chilly on the second night, and there were not enough towels for our group, which was disappointing.
