The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with clean and comfortable rooms that had recently been refurbished. The location was perfect, overlooking the bay and just steps away from the beach. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

One small thing that could make the breakfast even better is to offer more gluten-free options.

We had a great time during our stay at Grand Hotel. The location was perfect and the ensuite was modern and clean. The evening meal, especially the mariner's pie, was delicious. Room service was quick and the staff were accommodating. The fan in our room was a nice touch. Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and polite. The garden and view were lovely, and the refurbished room was very nice.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel and had a wonderful time. My purpose of travel was a relaxing getaway, and I stayed for two nights. The hotel offered great features such as a workout room, pool, and a lovely restaurant and bar. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and scenic walks. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a sea-view room at no extra cost. The staff was polite and courteous, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the restaurant and conservatory. The inclusion of real ale on tap and the genius discount added to the overall positive experience.
