I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, with Queensway and Notting Hill subway stations within walking distance. It was also close to great cafes, restaurants, and Kensington park. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a laundrette that was a lifesaver during my 12-day stay. The staff at the laundrette were incredibly cooperative, even delivering my clean and dry laundry to my room. The free breakfast was delicious and the free wifi was a pleasant bonus. The room was spacious, especially for a city like this. I couldn't have asked for more in terms of cleanliness and complete amenities. The friendly concierge staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. excellent value for money for my family of five.

We loved staying here! This place is in a really nice and quiet area despite being located in the central part of the city. There are two tube stations nearby which make it very easy to travel around. The hotel staff were very accommodating and gave us the extras which we requested.
