We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel in the heart of London. The room was pleasingly large and spacious, with an unexpected bonus of a bath in the en suite bathroom. The location was excellent, easy to get to and safe to walk to at night, with a beautiful view from our room. The facilities were numerous, including a mini kitchen, WiFi, and a large TV. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. The choice of breakfast was wonderful, with a wide selection to choose from, and the staff were always courteous.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to a popular tourist attraction. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. the free wifi was a great addition, although it was a bit weak on the higher floors.

The room was not soundproof, allowing noises from other guests to disturb my sleep. the lack of air conditioning was an issue, especially during warmer days.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious with three large windows that opened, which was great as it was very warm. The room also had a fan to keep us cool. The hotel provided excellent service, as we were moved from a different hotel and they promptly delivered a mini fridge to our room for my medication. The shower was hot and powerful, and the location was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily walk to the west end in just 20 minutes. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

I had a great stay at a small, well-decorated hotel. The room I stayed in was ideal for my family of three, with a large bed and a hidden bed around the corner for privacy. The mini kitchen was quaint and the bathroom had a shower cubicle and separate bath. The staff were always polite and helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage after checking out. The location was perfect, in a quiet suburb near a lovely park and just a short walk from the theatre and tube station. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

This hotel is really great-just next to the British Museum, a pleasant stroll to the theatre district, and close enough to Holborn and Russel Square Tube stations. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk to the river. The family room was a good size and there was a close car park that was excellent. The staff were lovely in both the hotels we visited and the food was good.

The staff were very reluctant to move us to start with and had to explain to every person coming in which section was free versus the paid part in the middle of the table. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
