The front desk staff, Elin, was amazing. Upgraded room and free breakfast. Beautiful room with Prosecco and cupcakes. The hotel team is great!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, large pool, quick room service. Larger pool would be appreciated, bathroom needs redecoration, missing bathrobes/slippers, noisy location, disruptive guests.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with great transport links and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure that guests are well looked after. The rooms are spacious, with lovely traditional decor, working airconditioning and good views in some rooms.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring London's attractions. The rooms are decorated in a stylish boutique style and the beds are large and comfortable. The gym facilities are modern and well-equipped. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, with one standout member who went above and beyond to assist with computer issues.

Value for money was great, and the room had a stylish and well-decorated design. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Soho and Covent Garden. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the friendly staff, excellent location, and beautiful design. The spacious rooms, relaxing spa, and easy access to Covent Garden and the tube station were fantastic.

I recently stayed at Nyx Hotel in Holborn for a weekend getaway. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were modern and immaculate, with brand-new furnishings and the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The pool was a fantastic addition, and it wasn't overcrowded. The bar area downstairs had a great atmosphere, and the cocktails were delicious. The hotel's central location made it convenient for shopping and exploring the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The value for money was great and the room, especially the Designer Executive Room with 2 King Beds, was huge and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a nearby underground station and plenty of supermarkets and restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and the facilities, like the swimming pool and sauna, were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, situated on a busy crossroad but close to most of the attractions. The area also gave us a welcoming neighbourhood kind of feel. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our requests. They allowed us to leave our bags behind reception so we could use the spa past 12pm which was great service. The room amenities were fantastic with an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a mini-bar. The dining options were great too with a restaurant, snack bar and buffet breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel for my 30th birthday celebration! The VIP treatment and personal attention from the staff, especially Elisabete, made it such a memorable experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the minibar and welcome cupcakes were a nice touch. The hotel's location near the underground and within walking distance of Soho was convenient. a 10 out of 10 experience that I would recommend to everyone!

The morning meal service could have been better. It took quite a long time to receive our breakfast and the dining staff seemed a bit inattentive, especially considering how quiet it was.
