I stayed at Great Scotland Yard Hotel for a few days with my sister to pay our respects to Queen Elizabeth. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is beautiful and steeped in history. The staff were fantastic, making us feel welcome and helping us with everything we needed. The breakfast was great and the bags were looked after even after we checked out. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with quirky art and furniture. it felt like a homely and intimate experience.

We stayed at a hotel during New Year’s Eve and the hotel had a great price given their facilities. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was located near several of the main attractions in the city, making it easy to walk there. the hotel had a great bar and the barman was really friendly and efficient.

We had to wait for a long time in line, as there were not enough tables for everyone. , the staff was not able to clear the tables or provide service properly, making it difficult to order what we wanted.
