We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, providing us with all the necessary information and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel next to the ponds was a great attraction, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time watching the wild fowl, which was a wonderful experience.

Lovely village location near ponds and Grove Park. Surprisingly excellent room - clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Helpful staff and assistance with luggage. Air conditioning in the room was a blessing. Nice breakfast with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. Quiet and comfortable room with up-to-date decor. Decanter of water provided in the room. Great service and staff, especially during the busy Christmas season.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the park. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a great service experience. The breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of facilities available, including a bar with sports TV.
