We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, providing us with all the necessary information and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel next to the ponds was a great attraction, allowing us to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We spent a lot of time watching the wild fowl, which was a wonderful experience.

Lovely village location near ponds and Grove Park. Surprisingly excellent room - clean, well-equipped, and nicely decorated. Helpful staff and assistance with luggage. Air conditioning in the room was a blessing. Nice breakfast with tea, coffee, and biscuits provided. Quiet and comfortable room with up-to-date decor. Decanter of water provided in the room. Great service and staff, especially during the busy Christmas season.

During our stay at the Greyhound Hotel, we felt like VIPs and had no complaints whatsoever.

I recently had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, situated across from a small park-like area, which made for a delightful view. The hotel itself was well-appointed, with rooms that had a great sized bed - it was so comfortable! I also appreciated the attention to detail, as the room was spotlessly clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, the breakfast was a delight, with friendly and helpful waitstaff and the quality of the products was evident. this hotel provided excellent value for money.

The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of London, right opposite a beautiful park with ponds. It's a small village-like setting, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely view of the park. The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a great service experience. The breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of facilities available, including a bar with sports TV.

The hotel could improve on their awareness and hosting training to provide an even better experience for their guests.
