Gorgeous farmhouse setting, tastefully decorated and clean, locally sourced delicious food, environmentally conscious, lovely guest lounge.

The accommodation at this farmhouse B&B was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The food, sourced locally, was fresh and delicious. The host was environmentally conscious, with recycling options available and a composting system. The guest lounge area was delightful, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the view of the gardens. The countryside surrounding the property was perfect for exploring. this B&B provided more than just a place to stay, it felt like a destination in itself.

One drawback was discovering that the double room we booked did not have an ensuite bathroom and had a smaller bed than expected. However, this was our own oversight and it was resolved when we asked to be moved to a larger room with an ensuite and a log burner.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful farmhouse setting with gardens and farm buildings. Breakfast served on French and English china in a large living room. Hostess knowledgeable about the area and provided helpful information for our garden tour. Calm and tasteful atmosphere reminiscent of a high-tier travel magazine.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The attention to detail was impeccable - from the beautiful rooms with their comfy beds and modern bathrooms, to the delicious breakfast with gluten-free options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was both peaceful and convenient. I loved walking around the farm and seeing the animals, it added a special touch to my stay. I will definitely be coming back!

The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast - it was absolutely splendid and fueled me for the day ahead. I had a fantastic experience at Gutchpool Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the beautiful Dorset countryside.
