The value for money at Alaya Resort was excellent, with a beautiful and spacious room and a peaceful location. The staff treated us with warmth and kindness throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options or adding some unique dishes.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was close to the attractions such as the monkey gardens, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the area, everything was just a few minutes away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was attentive to our needs. Breakfast was excellent with great options to choose from.

We did have some trouble with the noise levels at night. There was live music coming from a nearby restaurant that made it difficult to sleep.

Our family had a wonderful time at this hotel. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. The pool was a great area to relax after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay in Ubud! Food from the restaurant is really tasty and delicious, plus staff are welcoming and friendly. Room was stunning, clean and with great views. Gym and pool were great too! Ideal location, close to many restaurants and a supermarket where we could grab some snacks. two thumbs up for this lovely resort.

The construction noise, which made it difficult to fully relax. It was constant from early morning until late at night and could be quite disturbing.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.

During my stay at this hidden paradise in the heart of Bali, I was impressed by the excellent staff at Alaya. From the friendly front desk to the hardworking cleaners and attentive restaurant staff, they truly represented the best of Bali. Their fresh and eager-to-help attitude, always accompanied by a smile, made me feel welcomed and valued. I also enjoyed the evening performances in the restaurant, especially the talented violinist Helga. The beds at Alaya were by far the most comfortable among the ones I had experienced in Bali. the facilities and staff at Alaya made my stay memorable and enjoyable.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, and delicious breakfasts. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Lovely rooms with traditional Balinese style decor and views of rice fields. Fabulous spa and relaxing pool. Homey atmosphere and beautiful round bath.

the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with an outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers, creating a perfect spot for relaxation. the full-body massage was exceptional, and the spa lounge was a comfortable area to unwind in after. the restaurant was also impressive, with a variety of specials and special diet menus available.

The only minor drawback was that the location wasn't that central, but still very convenient. the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the main attractions, such as Ubud Palace, however, the hotel itself is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes.

Good layout, nice pool area, and plenty of facilities including gym, spa and restaurants. Close to Monkey Forest. Comfortable rooms with great views of Mount Agung. Superb breakfast with delicious coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa and massage services were excellent. Honeymoon made extra special.
