Great breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient location close to public transportation. Free Wi-Fi in the room made it easy to stay connected on my business trip. the complementary shuttle service to and from the train station was also a nice touch.

The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were very flat. the noise from the street and nearby construction was also noticeable in the room, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

This hotel is a great value for money with basic amenities and rooms with a view of the Matterhorn from the terrace. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is included with many healthy options.

No negative aspects - everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel was great, as it was in a nice part of town and close to downtown at nightfall. We were also able to easily get to the train station in an electric car. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff was helpful, as they gave us information about good restaurants and places to go. The breakfast had a good selection of homemade cakes and breads. The view from the room was stunning.

That the room was a little too warm, even in winter, as there were no thermostats. It made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The hotel offers very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms with a sunny balcony and a view of the Matterhorn's tip. The buffet breakfast is great with a lot of choices and the staff is cheerful and helpful. The free pick up service from the train station is a bonus.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a charming mountain village style. Plus, the balcony provided a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, making it an unforgettable experience. Secondly, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, right from welcoming us with a pick-up service from the train station to offering valuable hiking suggestions. Lastly, the breakfast spread was simply delightful, with a variety of healthy options and freshly baked bread that added to the overall experience.

Not a single thing could have been better at this hotel.
