The hotel is perfectly situated near a major tram stop, making it easy to navigate around the city. I also love that it's within a short walk to the main train station, which connects directly to the airport. The room was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable place to unwind after my nights out.

Lack of air conditioning makes rooms uncomfortably warm during summer!!! Small room sizes limit space for families or longer stays!!! Old, stained carpets need replacing!!! Inadequate bathroom privacy due to sliding doors with gaps!!!

Rooms were clean and comfy, but the shower was the highlight. Just wish the bathroom door actually locked—felt a bit dodgy with that gap, eh?

Room service was fast and friendly, but the Wi-Fi was pretty unreliable.
