POV, Great Location, Mixed Experience

A solid choice for exploring nearby attractions! Conveniently close to tube stations and the London Eye. Breakfast offers impressive choices and quality. While some staff are friendly, room cleanliness can be hit-or-miss. The rooftop bar showcases stunning views, but crowds can be a challenge. Worth a stay if you value a good location.

The sky bar is a must-visit with stunning views. Our room was super clean and spacious, perfect for a couple's getaway. Plus, the location was spot on with easy tube access to central attractions!

The check-in process felt like a comedy skit, a tad chaotic! And the Sunday morning ambulance concert outside was a bit much for my delicate sensibilities.

During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations, and no one informed me prior to my arrival. This led to a disruptive experience with constant drilling and hammering at unreasonable hours. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of hot water throughout my entire visit, a situation that truly fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Fantastic staff welcomed us with complimentary drinks at check-in. The breakfast selection was top-notch—seriously, churros at breakfast? ! 😋 The rooftop terrace had stunning views over London, perfect for sipping drinks after a day out!

Nothing that I didnt like.

The roof terrace was amazing, with cozy blankets provided for the chilly evening winds, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Loved having breakfast options galore, from waffles to fresh fruit, and I even enjoyed a nice drink while lounging at the sky bar. The bathroom's sliding door was a little awkward for privacy, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

Staff were superb. offered a drinks voucher for the inconvenience of our room not being ready. Clean, modern room with an amazing coffee machine. Great breakfast selection with quality offerings. Fantastic location for local pubs and restaurants.

The air conditioning was a bit inconsistent, and there could be better signage for the restrooms near the bar area.
