We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a big smart TV and a mini-bar. The hotel also provided nice little extras like shoe shine, toiletries, and toothbrushes. The staff at the restaurant and the sky bar were incredibly friendly and provided a high standard of customer service. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the city from the sky bar. The location was perfect, situated in a residential area in the city centre and next door to a pub. We were also pleased with the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed rooms, which ensured a quiet and comfortable stay. we would highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The rooftop bar at H10 London Waterloo was an absolute highlight of our stay. The views were breathtaking and the atmosphere was perfect for sipping cocktails and enjoying the city skyline. We couldn't get enough of it!

Although we loved our stay, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. the windows and walls seemed a bit thin, which allowed some noise from outside and neighboring rooms to filter in.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location in a residential area was perfect for us. It was also great being located next door to a pub, giving us easy access to drinks and food. Moreover, being in the city center allowed us to explore all of the attractions that this place has to offer. Additionally, being near Waterloo Station was so convenient as we were able to catch the national express bus to-and-from Stansted Airport. The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the friendly staff at reception to the staff working at morning breakfast and the Skybar. They provided a high standard of customer service that made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

We recommend this hotel to all.

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of this hotel - everything was spotless! The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the amazing Sky bar with breathtaking views. Its location near The Gherkin and Southbank made it super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel has a great location, with a nearby bus stop and train station for easy transportation. the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, providing great service and even offering two complimentary drinks upon arrival. the rooftop bar had an excellent view.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooftop terrace provided the best view in the city. We also appreciated the convenient location near Waterloo and Lambeth North stations.

Located in a bustling area with easy access to public transportation, this modern hotel was perfect for our visit to various iconic spots in the city. The bedroom was well-decorated and equipped with everything we needed, including a great showerhead. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of quality food and attentive staff. The room we stayed in was quite dusty, including the sides of the furniture. However, it wasn't a major issue, just a minor observation.

We’ve had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel is located in a residential area near the city centre, which made getting around a breeze. We were able to get the national express to and from the airport with ease as it’s near here. The staff working at the reception desk and the morning breakfast Skybar provided a high standard of customer service, which really made us feel welcomed. The room was very clean and tidy, and we had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea/coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The soundproofed rooms allowed us to have a peaceful rest even though the area outside can be noisy.
