The location of the guest house was excellent, very close to the main center of Windermere and within walking distance to the railway station. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with tasty options like eggs, mushrooms, and freshly baked bread. our experience was wonderful, and we would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Windermere for a few nights. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful, providing us with great information and tips on local activities. The location of the guest house was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and the lake. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the delicious homemade jams and marmalades for breakfast. Additionally, having off-street parking at the rear of the property was a big plus. I would definitely stay at Haisthorpe Guest House again!

We had a wonderful stay in a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Lake District. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling town center of Windermere. Our room was warm, clean, and beautifully presented, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of Orrest Head. The breakfast served by the friendly owners was absolutely delicious, using high-quality ingredients. The guesthouse had a homely atmosphere, making us feel right at home during our stay.

We did experience some disappointment with the lack of child-friendly amenities and the additional charges for our young children.

We loved the delicious tea and coffee provided in our room and all the modern conveniences made our stay so much more comfortable.
