Parking was a hassle with a third-party app and hidden fees!!! Some rooms felt cramped and noisy with disturbances from outside!!! Bathroom cleanliness could definitely use some improvement!!! Temperature control in rooms was frustrating!!!

Just spent a night here with my fam and loved the chill vibe. The breakfast was solid, especially the pastries! The staff were super friendly, even got help with our parking situation. Only thing was the room was a bit tight with the sofa bed out. Overall, a great spot for a quick family getaway!

We loved how close we were to the V&A and the city center. The room was spacious and quiet despite being busy, and breakfast was really good—waffles, pastries, and hot items. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot for anyone visiting.

On a downside, one of our friends had an issue with their shower falling off and it was hard to use for the rest of their stay. It took time to get it fixed and was somewhat inconvenient.

However, the parking situation was a little confusing, leading to unnecessary stress during our stay, and the bathroom could have benefitted from a more extensive cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great amenities.

A great spot for our family holiday. the staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly accommodating. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of choices, with unique items like Bernese Fries adding a nice twist. However, our room had a damaged door that caused a splinter incident, although the reception handled it well by sending maintenance. The final night was marred by noise from other guests in the corridors, which detracted from the overall experience. Location was excellent, close to restaurants and attractions.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast was a delightful surprise with a waffle maker, and the mobility-access room was impressively spacious. However, one room had a tick, which was unsettling. I'd definitely stay again!
