I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the Vicksburg National Military Memorial. My king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had upscale toiletries and the free WiFi and flat screen TV were a plus. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious warm cinnamon rolls.

The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing for vegetarians and vegans. They had a wide variety of options, including omelettes, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, and more. Saved a good amount of money on breakfast as well.

Felt like royalty, the staff was very attentive and made sure that every need was met.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff. I accidentally left my expensive camera behind and they promptly offered to send it to me, but I decided to return and pick it up myself. When I arrived, the manager had already secured it in the safe because he thought it looked valuable. Great attention to detail and customer care.

Although the hotel had some cleanliness issues, such as dirty carpets and walls in our room, we didn't request a room change due to tiredness from a long drive. I hope this was an isolated incident and the cleanliness improves in the future.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially the night shift crew. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the breakfast spread was delicious and always fresh, and the pool was a great way to unwind after a long day.

There were a few areas where the hotel fell short. the shower head in the bathroom was not great, and the desk staff were quite indifferent and impersonal.

Great Location! The hotel was close to the Vicksburg National Military site, which was a key reason for our visit. We also loved the free express breakfast, with the option to customize your order. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. We encountered some panhandling in the parking lot and noticed motorcycles parked at the entrance, which was a bit concerning.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Vicksburg. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our original hotel lost power after a tornado. They found us a room with an early check-in so my husband could use his c-pap machine and we could have a hot shower. The warm and welcoming voice of Gail made us feel right at home. The breakfast was phenomenal and the location was perfect for exploring the area. we highly recommend this hotel.

By far the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. The hotel is conveniently located near the National Park, making it easy to explore the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were top-notch. I was impressed with the ample parking available and the convenient transportation options. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. And the breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a variety of options to choose from.
