My stay at Hampton Suites Serviced was overall a positive experience. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The flat itself had a modern look and was well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Additionally, the location was easy to find and convenient.

There were a few drawbacks. there was no lift, which meant I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs.

The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had fans to combat the heat. the host was quick to respond to any issues. Convenient and ample car parking available.

There were some initial problems with the room allocation and the cot bed and bed linen were not immediately available. the apartments could use some improvements, such as bedside lamps, a chain or deadbolt on the doors, and bins in the kitchen.

The value for money at Hampton Suites was excellent, and the room was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was great, and the staff, especially Mila, provided exceptional service and made our stay memorable.

The breakfast selection could have been improved with more variety.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with larger rooms than anticipated. the two generous double beds and sofa bed provided plenty of space for my family.

the room we were initially assigned had a problem, but the staff quickly arranged for us to stay in a nearby hotel. the cot bed we requested was not initially available, and when we did receive it, there was no bed linen provided.

We had a wonderful stay at the serviced apartments in Kingston upon Thames. the cleanliness of the apartments was exceptional, and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. the staff provided us with all the local information we needed, and the location was perfect, close to amenities like a chip shop, pubs, park. the apartments were well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries, and laundry facilities were also available.

Absolutely no complaints

The apartment at Hampton Suites Serviced was larger than we expected and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the deli across the road. The cleanliness of the apartment was commendable and the provision of toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

Hampton Suites exceeded our expectations with their amazing staff and perfectly located apartment. The brand new, spacious and comfortable apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Ellie at the reception went out of her way to help us, and her kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the spacious double in the large bedroom. The sofa bed was also surprisingly comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to convenience stores and within walking distance to Kingston city center. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

our second stay in kingston upon thames was truly unforgettable. celebrating our anniversary at hampton suites serviced was a delight. the spacious apartment and well-equipped kitchen made us feel right at home. the comfortable beds and friendly check-in staff added to the overall positive experience.

Our stay at Hampton Suites Serviced Apartments was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home. The bed was spacious and cozy, and we really appreciated the large TVs with access to Netflix and Now TV. The wifi was also excellent, perfect for when I needed to work during the day. Despite being situated close to a busy road, the noise was well-insulated, allowing us to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Very modern and comfortable apartment with all the mod cons. Clean and neat bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen is nice and easy to operate, and the bathroom is large with lots of extra towels. The apartment also has a massive TV with Netflix and Now TV, perfect for entertainment. The wifi is excellent for working during the day.
