I recently stayed at Woodland House for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The surroundings were beautiful, with lovely public rooms and a nicely decorated bedroom. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, as it was convenient for walking my furry friend around the grounds. The evening meal was excellent and great value for money, and breakfast had everything I could ask for.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our stay. We loved the large bathroom with a shower and tub. The lounge area had plenty of space for our belongings and was furnished with a cozy sofa and armchairs. We appreciated the kettle for making tea and coffee, along with the little treats of shortbread. The hotel had a large car parking area and a pleasant park surrounding it. Breakfast was included in the price and served hot with the option for additional items. As foreign tourists, we found the excellent service from the young and friendly staff to be a delightful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and polite. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely grounds surrounding it. Our room was large, quiet, and comfortable, with extra comfy beds. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The hotel was also very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our dog.

The location of the hotel is in a beautiful area, perfect for exploring the surroundings. It is also convenient to get a taxi if needed. The hotel grounds are pleasant for a short walk and the fresh air adds to the peaceful atmosphere. There is a friendly and welcoming feel upon arrival, and the traditional décor adds to the charm of the place. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The food selection for dinner is excellent, with high-quality dishes. The hotel also serves a delicious "Full Scottish Breakfast.

There is some unfinished building work at the side of the house, which can be a bit unsightly.

I also appreciated the convenient layout of the room, with plenty of plugs and lights in the right places. the bath and shower were both powerful, and the his and her sinks were a nice touch. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with plenty of amenities like towels, washing bottles, and tea/coffee with biscuits. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information. We also appreciated the ample parking space and the well-stocked bar.
