The hotel features a fantastic garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and being close to nature. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Additionally, the hotel offers a balloon ride experience, adding to the overall memorable experience.

We stayed at Hartnoll Hotel & Spa for a special occasion and the staff really made it memorable. They dressed our table for dinner with petals and a glass of bubbles, even surprising us with a mini dessert platter and congratulations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was lovely, with a comfy bed and a great shower. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We will happily stay again!

Stunning grounds, perfect rooms, incredible attention to detail. Wonderful welcome, exquisite food, cheerful and helpful staff, real sense of fun. Delightful garden, good size and comfortable bed. Delicious and beautifully presented dinner. Proximity to interesting National Trust property.

The location of the hotel next to the beautiful peaceful garden provided a calming atmosphere. The restaurant, with its lovely view over the gardens, was a delightful spot to dine. If needed, the staff was prepared to assist in arranging transportation such as a taxi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff in the dining areas were friendly and excellent. The room was very clean and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The hotel is set in generous grounds with a beautiful walled garden to the rear. Parking was very easy. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming from start to finish. They even explained that the cold water supply in the room came from a natural spring and was safe to drink. The breakfast in the conservatory was relaxing and the hotel made a deduction to our bill under the government "Eat out to Help Out" scheme.
