I had a wonderful stay at Hatsue Guest House. The room was cozy, the host was sweet, and the breakfast was delicious. Despite a broken room lock and noisy neighbors, the peaceful location, comfortable amenities, and warm hospitality made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Camberley.

Conveniently located with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and friendly service. Wholesome breakfast served on time, meeting all our needs. Peaceful garden views, free parking and wifi. Amenities in the room include a fridge, coffee/tea facilities, wardrobe, table, and chairs. Ensuite shower room.

The location was great since it was a short walk from shops and restaurants. the breakfast was tasty and well-prepared, with a nice view to enjoy. the room was tidy, comfortable, and equipped with a fridge.

The shower in our double room needed repair. However, the shower in the single room was excellent.

Couldn't stay longer.

For the price we paid, we got great value - the room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and other attractions. The staff, especially Hatsue, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have been better about breakfast was the variety of items offered.

The room amenities, including the tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries, were excellent. The dining experience was delightful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also loved the leisure garden area, which provided a relaxing space to unwind. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
