Free Wi-Fi was great, but the flat-screen TV was tiny. Loved the electric kettle.

Delicious breakfast choices every morning were a highlight.

While the view from my room was fantastic, I can't overlook the issues. The shower pressure was dreadfully weak, making it a frustrating experience. On top of that, the room turned icy at night when the heating shut off at 10 PM, leaving me shivering without blankets, as I found out too late that I was supposed to ask for them. The tiny bathroom was also a struggle, and I found myself bumping into fixtures.

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was quite underwhelming. Additionally, the lack of USB sockets made charging devices inconvenient. We also found the heating to be inadequate as it turned off at 10 PM, which left the room quite chilly overnight.

the room was absolutely tiny, more suited for singles that couples like us. and don't even get me started on the water pressure, I practically needed a bucket to rinse off. I really expected a complimentary gesture after all these inconveniences, but alas, what was I thinking, this isn't a five-star establishment.

This was my second stay and I absolutely loved it again. the breakfast was delicious, and everything is just a few minutes walk from the center of town, making it so easy to explore local spots like the Jetty Gallery and St Columba's Cathedral.

the shower pressure could've been better. the continental breakfast was amazing though, with an excellent spread of options. the room decor was beautiful and cozy. great location for walking into town.

The location was great. just a short walk to the waterfront and plenty of local restaurants. Clive was super friendly and really helpful. loved the breakfast selection, a mix of hot and cold options. plenty to kickstart the day!

We enjoyed our stay with stunning views of the bay from our room. The owner was super friendly, gave us great local tips, and the breakfast spread was something out of a dream, with everything from porridge to pastries!

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience was worth it.

This place suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and an adults-only policy. The friendly staff even helped with restaurant recommendations during my first stay. I’ll definitely come back for another city trip!
