I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location up the hill provided a stunning view of the town down below. Within a 15-minute walk from the ferry terminal, it was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected. I also enjoyed sitting outside in the garden, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a superb choice for a luxurious stay.

A Fantastic and central place to stay, real gem

I had a wonderful stay at this fantastic and centrally located gem of a place. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed that provided a peaceful night's sleep. The host, Morwen, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. She even tidied our room, replenished our supplies, and made our bed, which was such a treat. The breakfast had a great selection for vegetarians, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I had a fantastic experience at this hidden treasure of a place.

The view from the room was amazing, providing a stunning glimpse of the surrounding area, and it was located close to the city center which made it convenient. The breakfast options were varied and tasty, with fresh fruit and cereals offered alongside cooked dishes. the staff was courteous and approachable.

The furniture was old and outdated, which didn't contribute positively to the room's decor. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay in a B&B in a great location. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The host was friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the local kippers and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. The B&B was conveniently located close to the town centre, making it easy for us to explore. We also enjoyed the off-street parking available.

The bathroom was a bit small and lacked a sink and mirror.

We had an amazing stay in this charming Victorian home. The room we stayed in had a breathtaking view of the city and bay, which made waking up in the morning even better. The breakfast served here was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the option to have extra potato scones was a big plus. The location was also perfect, as it was quiet at night and just a short walk away from the waterfront.

The only downside during our stay was that we missed having the option of haggis for a true Scottish breakfast. It would have been great to have that traditional breakfast item available.

We loved the quirky continental breakfast presentation on a cake stand, similar to an afternoon tea. The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the nearby bowling green. The hosts were amazingly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The Victorian-style house added to the charm of our experience. we had a fabulous time as party people and would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

We felt very lucky to have found this accommodation. We had no complaints whatsoever.

Within quick walking distance to town centre and close to the centre of town but elevated with great views from our 4 poster bedroom. The breakfast offered a variety of dishes and fresh fruit salad, and the staff were kind, sensitive, and helpful, offering advice on trips and other things in the area.
