Haydens B&B provided excellent value for money, with lovely rooms and thoughtful touches like fresh milk and complimentary biscuits. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a fantastic setting in the center of the village. It is just around the corner from a delicious steakhouse. The breakfast provided was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this B&B was perfect, right in the heart of the town. We loved having breakfast in the lovely conservatory each morning, it was a great way to start the day. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a large TV and a comfy bed. The bathroom was also impressive, with a separate bath and shower and luxurious body washes and creams. The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

That the seagulls outside the window could be a bit noisy in the morning, but that's to be expected in a countryside location. Earplugs would have helped.

Loved my short business trip - the room was clean and well-equipped with a fantastic view of the surroundings. the staff were very accommodating, offering complimentary tea, coffee, and cake on arrival. the breakfast was delicious with a range of options available. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town center and the train station. the added bonus was the fan provided in the room which kept me cool through the hot nights of August.

The only issue I found was that the silicon sealant around the bath was coming away in a few places. However, it didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

I had an utterly brilliant stay at Haydens B&B in Rye. The moment I arrived, Mia warmly welcomed me and showed me to my Sandpiper room. The room was beautifully made up as a twin room and the bathroom was simply gorgeous. Despite the cold weather, I was snug as a bug in my comfortable bed.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks like limited street parking and a lack of lighter breakfast options, these did not detract from my overall satisfaction. Haydens B&B in Rye is superb and I highly recommend it.

I was delighted with my stay at Haydens B&B in the heart of Rye. The Silver Room, where I stayed, exceeded my expectations with its spaciousness and beautifully decorated interior. The queen-sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the oversized bath added a touch of luxury. The breakfast options were superb, offering a delicious range of choices. I highly recommend this delightful B&B for a wonderful stay.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by cheerful staff who provided us with a complimentary glass of wine while informing us about the luxurious amenities provided here. Our room was equipped with exclusive facilities, including a spacious bathroom with a large shower, comfortable bed and a great selection of tea and coffee. the location is amazing, surrounded by the stunning architecture of the town and within walking distance of local restaurants and bars. Breakfast was served in an intimate and charming restaurant, providing special diet menus to accommodate dietary requirements.

Although it was a minor issue for us, the stairs leading to our room were a slight inconvenience. the exceptional service, luxurious amenities and stunning location far outweighed this minor detail.
