I got such great value for my money at the Fairfield Inn. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sky at the front desk. a fantastic stay!

The menu for breakfast could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or options.

The cleanliness and staff were great. The bed was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The kids really enjoyed the stay and loved going to the pool. The location was convenient and close to attractions and restaurants.

The AC unit in the room took a while to cool down and the mattress wasn't very comfortable. Some maintenance issues were not addressed, such as a broken door trim and a plugged tub drain.

We were only there for a night, arriving late after a long drive. The separate bedroom with a blackout feature was key for a restful sleep. Convenient to Cornell University. Great breakfast selection and pleasant staff. Lovely bedroom with comfortable beds, modern bathroom, and helpful amenities like a coffee center, fridge, and microwave. Clean room, quick check-in, excellent maid service. Highly recommend this location to family and friends.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Cortland for my daughter's visit to SUNY Cortland. The hotel was reasonably priced and exceptionally clean. The staff, especially Kelly Foster, provided excellent customer service. The amenities such as the gym, pool, and board games were thoughtful additions. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee and cookies were a nice treat. I always choose this hotel when visiting my daughter at the university.

We loved the open stairway and clean queen room with a prepared sleeping couch. The breakfast had many choices and was good. we had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, just like Patty's service at the front desk. She went above and beyond to find me another hotel when my reservation was canceled. Thanks to her, I made it to my birthday party in time. I highly recommend this hotel.
