We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was convenient and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay at this hotel.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast selection, as some items were not as hot as we would have liked.

The staff at Best Western were exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had, and their friendly and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. The hotel itself was well-maintained and serviced, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Despite a minor issue with the water pressure and temperature, our overall experience was excellent. We would highly recommend Best Western Plus Cotton Tree Inn to others visiting the area. we had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Comfortable room with the requested accommodation, good bed, and soothing coffee all day. Quick response and offer to rectify any issues such as wet floors with apologies and adjustment of the bill.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right off the freeway and next to the mall. It offers easy access to everything that the South Salt Lake valley has to offer. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the pool, hot tub, and exercise room, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The staff was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable with their friendly and helpful manner. The breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious.

The breakfast and fresh baked cookies were absolutely delicious! It was great to start my Christmas mornings with a variety of options like bagels, muffins, waffles, and oatmeal. The hot tub being open 24 hours was also a major plus, especially after a long day of skiing. What a relaxing way to end the day! Additionally, being within walking distance of a mall and restaurants made it very convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or doing some last-minute Christmas shopping.

The elevator was painfully slow. It was really frustrating, especially during the busy holiday season when there were more people coming in and out of the hotel.
