Spent Christmas at a fantastic hotel! The room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, so we had easy access to all the tourist attractions and shopping areas. It couldn't have been more convenient!

Though our stay was amazing, there were a couple of minor downsides. the breakfast menu didn't have many options suitable for kids, which was a bit disappointing.

Felt very comfortable, no complaints at all.

We spent Xmas in a hotel that had great complimentary cocktails in the bar, and also offered a free gift-wrapping service for presents. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with all the key attractions within walking distance. The best thing was the comfy bed where we slept like babies.

The bathroom was chilly and the tiled flooring didn't help. The soundproofing was poor, and we were disturbed by outside noises.

The attention to detail, from the high-quality bed linen to the variety of teas and Nespresso machine, made our stay extra special. We enjoyed excellent Australian coffee and breakfast at Abuelo just around the corner.
