All was perfect.

The staff were amazing! Always smiling and willing to help. They gave us great recommendations on what to do in the area. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep in years! The hotel was beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to the tram line and within walking distance of the beautiful viewpoints.

The shower head was a bit high and I had to pull it off its holder to shower properly. Also, the breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, which made it hard to find a seat.

The hotel had a great location in a charming area with narrow streets and a local vibe. The staff were extremely helpful, providing maps and suggestions for dinner. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with flaky pastries and a serene courtyard to enjoy it in.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, with a blocked alley that required an access code. Parking was limited and navigating the winding streets was difficult.

This hotel was in the perfect location, right in the heart of the old district with tram stops and lots of great restaurants nearby. The basic amenities were well-taken care of with daily room cleaning and new towels provided. I loved the two-level room with breakfast included, complete with a nice coffee machine for easy refills.
