They made me feel welcome and attended to any queries I had. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice selection of pillows to choose from. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the buffet-style breakfast offered a good variety of options and the food was delicious.

One minor issue I encountered was that the curtains in my room didn't quite close properly. This let in some light in the mornings, which made it a bit difficult to sleep in.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location in the centre of Coalville is perfect, right on the square opposite the War Memorial. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all provided. The rooms have a beautiful view of the bowling green, with lovely views over the bowling greens through big picture windows. The breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs and is served with quality produce.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel as young families. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including arranging rooms on the same floor next to each other. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were even allowed to check-in early and had a late check-out, making our travel arrangements much easier. The rooms were newly refurbished and very clean, with comfortable beds and excellent parking facilities. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings overlooking a bowling green. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly atmosphere and convenient amenities.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is very close to the pub and next to a shopping center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good selection, even though some of the prices seemed a bit high. The rooms were comfortable, and the towels provided were of good size.

The rooms could use some refurbishment, as there were issues with the showers, discolored sealant around the bath, and broken furniture.
