I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel and spa that exceeded my expectations. The suite I stayed in was spacious and had a separate bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The hotel provided excellent WiFi connection and speeds, perfect for staying connected. There was also a casual eating area with a great selection of food, including a mouthwatering and generously portioned club sandwich. The staff were friendly and polite, always making sure I felt welcome. The spa facilities were modest but created a relaxing and private atmosphere, with only a few other guests present during my visit. The extensive selection of wines and the staff's knowledge of wine pairings with the food were exceptional. Lastly, breakfast was nothing short of perfect, leaving me completely satisfied.

During our stay, we were fortunate to be seated in a prime location in the restaurant where again we were served by a very attentive member of staff. The room we stayed in was lovely, with a spacious bathroom and a comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were always polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the beautiful view we had from our room, overlooking the garden on a sunny weekend.

The breakfast buffet had a limited choice, which was a bit disappointing. we found the menu prices to be quite expensive for what was offered.

Noisy room underneath, disturbed sleep.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat for those seeking exclusive amenities. the Spa & Wellness centre was a highlight, offering a range of treatments. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were also impressive, as was the heated swimming pool in the garden area. the room advantages, including in-room breakfast and private facilities, further added to the overall experience.

The only drawback was the limited dining options, with only one restaurant on-site. the restaurant was of excellent quality, serving delicious food and drinks in a cozy bar/lounge area.

Stunning room with plenty of space and unique features like wine bottles on the wall. Attention to detail was high, with Christmas wreaths on each door. Delicious breakfast selection of pastries and fruit salad. Great location to explore Berkshire's attractions. Nice spa with well-equipped rooms.

The food and drinks during the Christmas celebration were great, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel's location was very convenient, with a short walk to the town center. the ambiance of the hotel was quite pleasant, with a warm and cozy atmosphere to enjoy.

The overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. the room was outdated and could use a renovation, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat.
