Wow! What a peaceful and tranquil place to stay. Nicky and Simon were the perfect hosts, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts every morning, with a variety of options from a full English to fresh pastries and fruit. The stunning location in the Dorset countryside was a true paradise, and the weather was perfect throughout our six-day stay. Zebedee and Jessie, the adorable dogs, added an extra touch of joy. Can't wait to visit again!

I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful country B&B in southern England for a weekend getaway. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Lorel and her adorable dog, Alfie. The house itself was a stunning Grade 1 listed property, surrounded by picturesque countryside and farmland. The interior was elegantly decorated, with a cozy sitting room featuring a lovely fireplace. My room, the Paneled Room, was spacious and had a supremely comfortable bed.

The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cereals and a cooked meal. The location was in the middle of beautiful countryside, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. I also enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and grounds, which gave me a sense of freedom to wander around.

One major issue was the lack of attention to detail in the service. The host forgot our dinner reservations and seemed more interested in talking on the phone than attending to our needs.

The sun terrace and garden views were simply breathtaking. The free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a lifesaver for scrolling through social media. And the best part? Free use of bicycles, because who doesn't enjoy breaking a sweat on vacation?

Well, let's just say the TV felt like it was stuck in the Victorian era. A bit outdated, to say the least.

I got great value for my money at Higher Melcombe Manor. The room was cozy and clean, and the location was peaceful and beautiful. The staff treated me with warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home.
