The room was lovely and well set out, with a comfortable bed. The host was welcoming and even offered us a beverage when we arrived. The hotel was very clean and located in a very quiet area. The location was perfect for our visit to the park, and the owner even gave us a bottle of water and a snack bar to take with us.

The communication regarding arrival times was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch.

I recently stayed at Higherlands for a short getaway. Julie, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She picked us up when we were stranded and even helped us with some shopping. The fridge in our room was stocked with refreshing drinks, and the kitchen was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pool table in one of the rooms. Julie was kind enough to let us switch rooms so we could enjoy it. The spacious rooms and en suite were spotless. The bed was comfortable and we even had access to a washing machine. The breakfast catered to our vegetarian needs and was delicious. The location was perfect for our visit to Alton Towers. I would highly recommend Higherlands and will definitely be returning.

We were able to get a good night's sleep to recharge after a tiring day at a nearby attraction. The location was convenient and safe, with parking right outside the property. Plus, we received helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area.

There weren't many flaws, but the bathroom could have had a better shower option, as the handheld one was a bit inconvenient. it would have been nice to have a choice of breakfast options aside from a full fry up.

higherlands in kingsley surpassed expectations during a romantic date. the lovely room, comfortable bed, and warm welcome from julie made our stay truly memorable. a hidden gem that we'll definitely return to!

The communication was excellent, with helpful text messages regarding arrival times. the house was beautifully maintained, with fresh flowers and a lovely garden to relax in.

Although our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. the bed was a bit small for taller individuals, which made it less comfortable for my partner.
