Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Clean room and comfy bed. Great cooling off in courtyard pool. Located near Park and free gallery of Costa Rica art which was really interesting. Away from the busy centre of San Jose but walk there in 30mins. Close to some good restaurants. Taxi to airport around 25 minutes. Taxi to main Tracopa bus station about 10 minutes. Staff organised taxi for us and it arrived with in minutes. Highly recommend hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the main park and within easy walking distance of the center. The neighborhood was very pleasant and safe. The staff at this venue were incredibly pleasant and attentive to every need and request, from the doorman to the manager. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The hotel also offered a variety of amenities such as a sauna, swimming pool, massage services, and a spa center. We particularly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful garden area. The rooms were well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and a dining area. we had a wonderful experience here!

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel right by the main park. The room had a good-sized kitchen and a great view of the courtyard and pool. The breakfast selection was excellent, and we loved being able to cook our own meals. The free transfers to the airport were a real bonus and made our travel plans much easier.

We felt welcomed into the family during our stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic stay at La Sabana Hotel Suites. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Despite missing our first night due to airline problems, they were incredibly helpful in rearranging our transportation and even provided us with a complimentary night at the end of our stay. the rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and had all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and a hairdryer. the hotel also provided plenty of information about the local area, which helped us make the most of our time in San Jose. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit different tastes.

This hotel is excellently located near a grocery store and a short distance from downtown. It is also situated in the Central Valley and within walking distance to an athletic park. The rooms are cozy and inviting, with large comfortable beds and a modern bathroom with all the necessary amenities. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel offers a clean and refreshing swimming pool, a plus during hot days.

The noise level in the hallways and adjoining rooms was a little distracting.

The location is safe and surrounded by Korean, Chinese, Mediterranean, Italian, and Argentinian restaurants. Handy bus transportation and Uber available upon request.

The doorman at La Sabana Hotel Suites helped us out during a rainy night by providing us with an umbrella and directing our taxi driver to a restaurant, making our stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and breakfast was great. a good value.

We stayed at the hotel during Easter and enjoyed the two free Easter eggs per room. the location was great, just a short walk to a park and stadium. the breakfast was good, with a variety of options.

The pool was dirty and had hair and leaves floating in it. the beds were uncomfortable and we could feel the springs in the mattresses.
