The hotel is located in a peaceful Scottish town, perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the countryside. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. They had recently undergone a refurbishment, so everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The basic amenities were provided, including good WiFi and ample sockets. it was a pleasant and convenient stay.

One small area for improvement would be the breakfast. While the menu had a decent selection and the cooked breakfast was tasty, the timing could be better.

The price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. The check-in process was quick and the staff were efficient. We loved that breakfast was included in our stay and it was excellent. We also tried the bar menu for dinner and the chicken curry was amazing - it had so much chicken in it! The recently refurbished bathrooms were spacious and the shower was powerful. We appreciated the complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits in our room. The best part of our stay was the hotel's retro vibe, reminiscent of the set of Twin Peaks. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to Aviemore with beautiful scenery all around. The room was basic but clean and comfortable, and the modern bathroom was a pleasant surprise. We appreciated the provided towels and coffee/tea facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking was a bonus. We were also pleased that our room was ready when we arrived at 2:30. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again in the future.
