hilltop country house in macclesfield never fails to impress! this time, their impeccable service and attention to detail blew me away. the hosts were warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully decorated with a stunning bathroom, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. i can't recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic stay at this country house. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and close proximity to restaurants, pubs, and scenic walks. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely seating area for relaxation. The owner was flexible with breakfast timing, and the dining area was peaceful. The staff provided excellent service, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

The room we stayed in, the Rose Room, was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing a charming and comfortable retreat. The highlight was definitely the fantastic bathtub where we could unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Goyt Valley. The breakfast brought to our room each morning was delicious, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of offering streaming services in every room. The peaceful grounds and separate entrance made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves, and our little dog was also warmly welcomed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful historic property. The gardens were stunning and we loved seeing the animals roaming in the fields. The hosts were so kind and attentive, and the rooms were exceptionally clean with a great selection of amenities. The attention to detail was impressive.
