The location of the hotel was very convenient, being so close to the airport. The Whisk & Ladle restaurant offered tasty food, and the rooms had three beds available. The staff at the reception were welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Additionally, there was a relaxing pool and a good choice of drinks available.

There were issues with the serving staff during a private function, as they seemed inexperienced and lacked basic etiquette.

The hotel itself is conveniently located near the M1 junction but still manages to be quiet. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The lounge bar and breakfast room were great, and the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. The hotel also offers easy access to car rental services, which made exploring the area a breeze. a modern and comfortable hotel with excellent service.

The hotel offers car rental on the premises, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with tasteful decor. The bathroom is modern and clean. The breakfast selection is good and the service is prompt.

The signage and road markings near the hotel can be confusing, making it difficult to find at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is great, almost on the roundabout itself and surrounded by wooded areas. The ample parking space right outside the main entrance was a big plus. It was also convenient for me as it was near to the airport. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. I was impressed by the exceptional service from the reception staff, especially the young lady who checked me in. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities and a sitting area. The hotel also had a variety of dining options, including a restaurant, bar, and snack bar. The staff in the dining area provided excellent service and the food was of high quality. the hospitality and service at this hotel were outstanding.

There seemed to be a few issues with the breakfast service. When I went at 9.30am, it was very busy and there was a long queue that was not socially distanced.

Despite its proximity to the motorways, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. My room was spacious and comfortable, and any complaint I had about the leisure club facilities was promptly and satisfactorily resolved. The professional and friendly staff went out of their way to accommodate my children's food allergies, and the food options for them were fantastic.
