Our room at the Potsdam Inn was clean and attractive, with a comfortable bed and a nice, spacious bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised to find a hook on the back of the bathroom door, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location was great. we had a great value for our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if in the area.

I always return here! They helped me find my lost documents once. It's ideal for me – Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a cozy TV area. They don't allow pets, rooms are smoke-free, cool AC. Perfect for my city outing!

On a visit to my son's college, we stayed at this charming hotel for a week. the welcoming owner treated us like family, serving a delightful breakfast each morning. the location is excellent, with Walmart next door, Aldi nearby, and dining options close by. the gentleman at the front desk was professional and friendly. the cleanliness of the room, the serene atmosphere, and the unique use of old-fashioned keys added to our pleasant stay.

Can just recommend this hotel.

Loved the Gibson Gallery, such exquisite contemporary art. And the Potsdam Farmers Market, where I found everything from turkey to homemade jewelry. The staff at the front desk were multi-lingual, so fancy!

Who needs more than one light over the bed? And one pillow is clearly enough for a sleeping posh lady like me.

Despite some minor inconveniences, we had a comfortable stay at the inn. The room was clean and the shower worked fine. The staff also made efforts to address the issues we encountered. Additionally, the inn's proximity to campus was a definite plus. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and cleanliness.

The room was impeccably clean, which was a great relief. the air conditioning worked perfectly and there was even an option to open the windows if preferred. the location was also very convenient, just outside of town, with easy parking right next to the room.

there was no microwave in the room, which would have been useful.
