As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and services offered at this hotel. The early check-in and late checkout option made our trip much more convenient. The room itself was impressive, and we even received a complimentary bottle of prosecco as a surprise for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast had a good selection, and the location, directly opposite the Hydro Arena, was perfect for our visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated close to the venue I was attending and right on the riverside at Finnieston. It was not in the town center, but still closer to downtown. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and efficient staff at the front desk to the attentive staff at the restaurant. I also loved the view from my room, especially at night when the view was spectacular. The facilities were excellent, with a gym and a cafe/restaurant on-site.

The only letdown was the lack of customer service from one particular staff member. Otherwise, this hotel is highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our easter trip in Scotland. We got two complementary drinks upon our arrival, which was a nice gesture. the breakfast had a decent variety of foods and beverages to choose from.

The room was not worth the price. the bed was uncomfortable and we didn't get a proper night's rest.
